What is collected

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and uses no cross-site analytics that identify you.

One item is stored in your own browser: your light or dark theme preference, saved in local storage on your device. It never leaves your browser and is never sent to us. Clearing your site data removes it.

Server logs and hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as processor. Vercel records standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for the purpose of delivering the site securely and diagnosing faults. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not used to build a profile of you.

Vercel Inc. is established in the United States, so serving a page to you involves a transfer of that request data outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on Vercel's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, as a further safeguard, on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. A copy of those clauses is available on request at the email address above.

If you write to us

If you send an email to info@gh2.ae, your address and message are processed for the sole purpose of replying and, where relevant, of publishing a dated correction. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

External requests

Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page makes no request to any third-party font service. Figures displayed from open data are fetched by our server, not your browser, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to those data providers. Following an outbound source link does disclose your visit to that publisher, as any link would.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. To exercise any of these, write to the email address above.

You also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing described above that rests on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) — that is, the server logs and any correspondence. This right is stated separately because Article 21(4) requires it to be.

The operator is established in Spain, so the competent supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). You may also complain to the authority of your own country of residence.
